Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims may be eligible for:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A refund, at our discretion
